Since we've updated the website and given it a new look we've experienced a few teething problems with the new system and in the transfer process itself.  As a result it seems we haven't recieved all the messages you have sent us, so if you sent us a message between October and January and didn't get a reply please feel free to email us again as the chances are we didn't get it!  We do apologise for this problem and hopefully it is all sorted out now.  Thank you for your patience.
